What’s a content credit?: One credit covers one researched, checked page: a new page, a refresh, or a merge, with three AI revisions. If a draft fails its checks or you stop it, the credit comes back. Credits reset each billing month.
Do hand-written pages use credits?: No. Write by hand in the editor as much as you like. Hand-written pages never use a credit.
Do you charge per seat?: No. Every plan includes unlimited seats, so your whole team can review and approve.
Can I switch plans?: Yes. You can switch plans from your billing settings. A downgrade starts at the end of your billing period and keeps your existing work, but new sites and tracked questions wait until you’re under the new limits.
Is there a free trial?: There’s no trial, but getting started is free. Add your site and we’ll analyze it, so you can review the Brand Profile and competitors we find. Pick a plan when you’re ready for tracking and content.
What happens if I cancel?: Your data and your published pages stay. Tracking and new content stop until you pick a plan again.
